As your coach, I bring my experience as a mother of two, along with a background of specialism in early childhood studies, primary school teaching, and professional life coaching. I've navigated the beauty, rewards, and challenges of motherhood, and these experiences have positively shaped me, helping me thrive. I know firsthand the value of having a coach, which is why I'm passionate about supporting other mothers in becoming the best versions of themselves.

The growth process

This programme will consist of 10 initial sessions, with the flexibility to continue with further sessions. Each session will be tailored and personalised to meet your unique needs. Individual and group sessions are available both face to face and virtually.
